We are a social enterprise with over 20 years experience providing training and development to civil society, public and private sector organisations, social enterprises and charities. We are an approved Institute of Leadership and Management, Education Development International and OCR centre and achieved IiP recognition in July 2009 and the Matrix Standard in December  2011.

Our surplus is invested into our front line services which provides arts and media courses to disadvantaged young people with the aim of making a positive difference.
