Funded Training and Coaching for Directors and Senior Managers
Receive up to £1000 of funding to help your organisation grow
Are you a Director, Owner or Senior Manager with responsibility for the survival and future of your organisation in these changing and demanding times? If so then help is at hand – you can get funded support from our experts to help you navigate the difficult economic climate and grow your organisation.
We have successfully delivered leadership and management training and coaching to many people working in SMEs and Civil Society organisations over the last 25 years and have helped them to:
- Be strategically astute and creatively engage with opportunities
- Grow their organisation and be confident leaders
- Delight clients and service users and attract new ones
- Motivate their staff to achieve their very best
- Achieve a healthy balance between work and play
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures
- Plan their cash flow and manage financial systems
- Attract funding and generate alternative income streams
- Become more financially sustainable and manage risk
- Evaluate, monitor and manage projects
This fund is for organisations employing between 5 and 249 people – this number includes volunteer Directors who are members of Boards and Management committees.
What you can receive
- Option one - £500 funds (no cost to you at all) will enable you to receive half day bespoke coaching or training tailored to your specific needs
- Option two - If you pay £500 then the fund will match fund you another £500. This will mean you will have a training pot of £1,500 made up of £1000 (funding) + your own £500.00. This will enable you to receive 1.5 days tailored training and / or coaching.

The time frame is to start the training within 3 months of signing up. There is no time limit as to when training needs to finish.

1. Decide what training / coaching you would like – call Karen on 020 7692 5882 to discuss your requirements
2. Complete the referral form and email back to karen@interchange.org.uk then our Train to Gain broker will be in touch to take you through the process of claiming your fund. It would be helpful if you could indicate your training requirements on the referral form in the box provided
3. We then process your booking and invoice you – once this is paid you will get a receipt of payment from us which you use to claim back your fee from train to gain.
