Steve Medlin

Steve Medlin trained as an actor and teacher at Rose Bruford drama school in the late 80’s and then became a founder member of Unclassified Arts, an arts production company that designs and delivers bespoke training programs to educational institutions from pre school to adult education. He also works as a facilitator for Wilson Sheriff and the DFES, and he is particularly skilled at drawing honest discussions from disparate groups facing structural change to their working practices.

As an actor, director and presenter with a physical theatre background he has often been utilized by a wide range of production companies to pitch an unorthodox or innovative idea to event companies and continues to develop new programming ideas with the BBC as well as working as a trainer for their TV training department. He is currently working alongside WAC performing arts school (a department within InterChange Trust) on developing pathways for their students into the industry.
Steve holds a BA in theatre studies and a NVQ level 4 in training and development.
